Contains:
ece571.lib model library file with npn44V, pnplat44V, pnp44v
based on parameters from tables in Grey and Meyer.
ece571.olb symbol library file,
npn44v_demo2.opj Capture/PSpice demo project file,
and 5 support files for npn44v_demo2.opj.
Click above to download the zip file. Unzip the file in a convenient directory on your PC.
To run the demo file:
Start Capture (any version 9.2 - 16) then: file, open, project, then brouse for and
select npn44v_demo2.opj.
The demo runs collector curves for the npn44V part.
You can place the parts in your own schematic by adding the part
library. From within Capture: place parts, add library,
then browse for and add ece571.olb.
Before you run the simulation on your schematic you will need to add
the model library file. Within the simulation profile window click on
the libraries tab and browse for ece571.lib and add it to the list
of libraries.

Contains:
TSMCp25.lib PSpice model library file,
tsmcp25.olb custom part library with TMSC_NMOS, TMSC_PMOS parts,
tsmc_demo.opj Capture/PSpice demo project file,
and support files for tsmc_demo.opj.
Click above to download the zip file. Unzip the file in a convenient directory on your PC.
To run the demo file:
Start Capture 15.7 (or later), then: file, open, project, and select
tsmc_demo.opj.
The demo runs a bias analysis on a TSMC_NMOS and TMSC_PMOS part.
It should be self-contained and ready to run.
To use the TSMC parts in your own schematic:
You will need to add the part library and the PSpice model library.
From within Capture: place parts, add library, then browse for and add
tsmcp25.olb.
You should find tsmcp25.olb in the directory where you unzipped
the demo zip file.
This will allow you to place the parts on your schematic.
Before you run the simulation on your schematic you will also need to add
the PSpice model library file.
Within the simulation profile window click on
the "Configuration Files" tab, select "Library" in the category list.
Then browse for tmscp25.lib and click on "Add to Design" to add it to
the list of PSpice model libraries.
